As a result, we now own and operate 3 apparel and merchandise brands and 2 graphic design firms that serve the local Texas communities and businesses, while also meeting the design and printing needs of other SFLLC subsidiaries.

In compliance with Texas Game and Wildlife regulations and laws, we offer a variety of brands and types of boats, personal watercraft equipment and devices for hourly rental to individuals who are over the age of 16.

Our staff members are currently developing a business model with the aim of reducing the amount of chemicals and water used for mobile detailing, and this will be implemented before the start of the 2nd Quarter of FY 2023. Additionally, we are continually researching and exploring new detailing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce time spent per unit.

In the 1st Quarter of FY 2023, Sero Flore LLC (SFLLC) plans to enter into strategic partnerships with two of the leading e-commerce distribution operators in the country. By leveraging the advanced technological automation and business support services offered by these distribution operators, SFLLC's logistics entities will outsource order fulfillment requests through our network of domestic and international product distributors.

To optimize procurement timeframes and scale product leads for future fulfillment, SFLLC will utilize various data analytics platforms and implement decentralized logistics methods. Our sourced merchandise and products will be delivered to fulfillment centers provided by the two distribution operators. Customers will make their purchases through the e-commerce automation platforms, and the distribution operators will handle the picking, packing, shipping, customer service, and returns for those orders.
